The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) will host its 51st Annual Conference June 13-16, 2019 at Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. We invite you to join us in celebrating 51 years of advancing the understanding of human sexuality by joining us this year!

The pre-conference workshops will take place on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 and Thursday, June 13, 2019. The conference kicks off on Thursday June 13, 2019 at 6:00pm and will conclude at 1:00pm on Sunday, June 16, 2019.

CE Info

AASECT will be tracking all CE credits electronically during the 2019 Annual Conference. Each attendee will have a personalized barcode on their nametag that will be scanned entering and exiting all educational sessions which will track your attendance. CE certificates will be distributed via email upon completing the online evaluations after the conference concludes.

AASECT: This program meets the CE requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification.

APA: AASECT is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. AASECT maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

NASW: National Association of Social Workers (NASW): This program is Approved by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) (Approval #886515262-9687) for 28 continuing education contact hours. Please be aware that the following states do not accept National CE Approval Programs and require individual program/provider application processes:
• New York 
• Michigan 
• West Virginia 

The following states currently do not recognize NASW National Approval. Applications can be submitted to NASW State Chapters:
• New Jersey (www.naswnj.org)
• Idaho (www.naswidaho.org)
• Oregon (www.nasworegon.org)

National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC): AASECT has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. #6056. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. AASECT is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
