What platform will be used for the Virtual Summit?
AASECT will be using Zoom Webinar for the Virtual Summit.
Are additional credits available for NASW, APA or other CE approval agencies?
No, only AASECT CEs will be awarded for the Virtual Summit. These CEs can be added to your registration for a $60.00 USD flat fee and can be used toward AASECT certification or AASECT certification renewal.
What is the CE Fee?
The $60.00 USD fee covers administrative costs like distributing and processing your post test and providing your personalized certificate. Attendees may add the optional CE fee during the online registration process. Full payment of $60.00 USD is required for CE credit and partial payments are not permitted.
When will I get my AASECT CE Certificate
CE certificates will be distributed via email in June after post tests are graded and CE certificates are created.
When will I get the webinar link to attend?
Webinar links will be distributed in the day before the Virtual Summit to the email associated with your registration. Please keep an eye on your email for that link. If you do not receive the attendance link, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the schedule for the Virtual Summit?
The Summit will take place over two days – June 4 & 5, 2020 and will highlight 3 educational plenary sessions, 2020 AASECT awards presentation and the Annual Business Meeting. Additional networking or special interest group gatherings may be added as we get closer to the event, so check back to the schedule page for more details in the coming weeks.

All presentation times are listed in Central Daylight time.
This is my first AASECT event! Is there a way to connect with other attendees virtually?
We are creating a mobile app for the Virtual Summit and will be uploading the attendee list once we are closer to the event. Attendees will receive an email to update their profile on the app and have the option to connect with other attendees through the app platform. We encourage everyone to download the app, update your profile and reach out to other attendees! More mobile app details will be coming later in May.
Is there a mobile app for the Virtual Summit?
Yes! We are working to create a mobile app for the Virtual Summit which will contain session information, speaker handouts (if applicable), and the ability for attendees to connect virtually. What is the registration cancellation policy?
Refunds permitted until May 28th. After May 29th, no refunds will be permitted. Please send cancellation requests to email@example.com.
